Griffith Observatory

 

 

We had a great time at The Griffith Observatory a few weeks ago. Great weather and despite being crowded due to the holiday crowds we easily found a parking space in the main lot next to the observatory...I know...a miracle! 

 

Jackson and I recreated the famous James Dean fight from Rebel Without a Cause.

This is the most looked-through telescope in the world!

 

Nakatomi Plaza

Yes. When in LA, I made my family stop by Nakatomi Plaza. It's actually now Fox Plaza. I was surprised you could just drive right up to the front of the building. You would have thought they would have learned their lesson after The Hans Gruber Affair. 

Signs of Hollywood

We were hiking the Hollywood Hills and came across this old billboard for a real estate development.
